RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY


  1. Should there be discrepancies in items received, kindly contact the respective store. All issues must be reported within three (3) business days of receiving the Products. 
  2. Discrepancies will be dealt in the following manner:
  • If any Product proves to have been delivered in a damaged/defective condition or wrong items delivered.
  • If additional/wrong or damaged Product(s) are delivered, Bake At Polymart  reserves rights to collect the return Product(s) from customer.
  • If items are wrongly or short delivered by mistake, Bake At Polymart reserves the rights to supply the correct/short delivered item.
  • If item is damaged, Bake At Polymart reserves the rights to request for photo evidence and physical Product.


  1. To request exchange item, please bring the products to the respective store from where you bought. When you exchange the product, you must also bring the original receipt, original packaging, tags, labels, accessories and complimentary gifts that come with it. Exchanged products must be in the condition you received them and in its original packaging.


  1. The return and exchange DOES NOT apply to chilled or frozen goods and goods on sale or clearance.
