Preparing Simplot French Fries is quick and easy.
Do not overcook.
Deep Fry - From Frozen
1 Heat oil in fryer to 175°C.
2 Cook frozen chips for 3-4 minutes until golden brown.
Oven cook - From Frozen
1 Preheat oven to 220°C.
2 Spread frozen chips in a single layer on a preheated tray.
3 Then, bake at 200°C for 18 minutes until golden brown - turning occasionally.
Shallow Fry - From Frozen
1 Preheat 1cm depth of polyunsaturated oil in a frying pan.
2 Turn fries frequently until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes.
Storage
Keep frozen. Store at or below minus 18°C
